If you attach photos to your enquiry, we send them with the form details to our company email inbox. They are used only to assess and handle your project; we do not publish them on the website. Please do not attach identity documents or other unnecessary personal information.

Enquiry information

We process your name, phone number, optional email, project location, preferred timing and project description. We use these to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate before entering into a contract. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not share your data for third-party marketing.

We retain enquiries that do not lead to a project for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, unless longer retention is necessary to protect legal claims. For agreed projects, statutory retention requirements for accounting and contractual documents also apply.

Technical service providers

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and website protection. Enquiries are delivered to our Seznam.cz inbox. Technical providers may process necessary operational data, such as IP addresses, request times and information needed to secure the website. Technical request identifiers may be stored briefly to prevent form abuse, without the enquiry content.

Analytics and cookies

Optional Google Analytics measurement starts only with your consent. It helps us understand website visits and enquiry form performance. We do not send form content, names, emails or phone numbers to Analytics. You can decline analytics and still use the website and enquiry form. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

We store your consent choice in your browser’s local storage for up to 6 months. Google may use analytics cookies after you consent. Providing these services may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area under appropriate legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and, where legally applicable, data portability or object to processing. You can withdraw analytics consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection atuoou.gov.cz.
