Demolition ahead of new construction
Is an old wall in the way of a new fence, or do you need part of a structure removed before building? Describe what needs to go and what must stay. We assess demolition options based on material, dimensions and nearby structures. Loading and rubble removal can be included in the quote.
Rubble loading and removal
We can follow demolition with loading and removal. We first agree the material composition, approximate volume and receiving location. We choose the vehicle to suit the quantity and access road.
What we agree before starting
The structure’s condition, connected utilities, neighbouring buildings and equipment space all matter. Please send any available documentation. Before starting, we define exactly what is to be removed and the conditions for the work.

We agree the scope, equipment and transport so you know what the price includes. The main factors are:
- Material, dimensions and condition of the structure to be demolished.
- Equipment access, working space and nearby structures.
- Loading, rubble quantity, transport and receiving location.

Removal is available within the agreed scope. State whether you want it, what the structure is made of and its dimensions. We clarify loading, transport and the receiving location in advance.
What should I send before demolition?
Photos of the structure, approximate dimensions, material and information on surrounding buildings and utilities. Mark anything that must remain. Include available documentation and access dimensions.
