Patios and outdoor steps

For a patio, we start with its intended use, dimensions and connection to the house or garden. For steps, we need the height difference and available space. Base preparation, excavation and material transport can be included in the same scope.

Garden walls and boundary fencing

We build walls, wire fences and other fencing to the agreed brief. Length, height, site slope, infill type and gate positions are important for the quote. For structures retaining soil, the design, foundations and drainage need to be resolved in advance.

Pergolas and related garden work

A pergola can be combined with area preparation or a patio. Tell us the intended dimensions, material and what is already finished. We define the foundations, structure and related work together so you know what you are ordering. Construction details and required documentation are confirmed before work starts.

We agree the scope, equipment and transport so you know what the price includes. The main factors are:

• Structure dimensions, selected materials and construction complexity.
• Foundations, base condition, terrain and site access.
• Excavation, transport, handling and other work included in the scope.
